REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
EVENTS
2 Twenty 2 Group PTY LTD does not refund for a change of mind or if the ticket purchaser can no longer attend the event. Each ticket that you purchase is a license to attend a particular event, if the ticket purchaser can no longer attend the event that the ticket was held for, the ticket can be transferred to another name. If the ticket purchaser chooses to transfer the name on the ticket please advise 2 Twenty 2 Group as soon as possible to ensure the door list will have correct details. The ticket purchaser will incur no fees in the transfer of name on the ticket. Please contact 2 Twenty 2 Group if you have any queries
GIFT VOUCHERS
Gift Vouchers must be used within the specified dates. Once the voucher has expired the voucher will be deemed not valid and unacceptable for use.
CANCELLED EVENTS
An event can be cancelled or postponed by the Presenter due to conditions which may affect the performer, staff or audience or an unforeseen issue with a venue. In the unlikely case that an event is cancelled, please contact The MAGAP, or we will contact you, for information on receiving a refund. Unless indicated otherwise in relation to a particular event, if an event is cancelled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be offered seats at any rescheduled event up to the face value of the original tickets or, if the ticket holder is unable to attend the rescheduled event or the event is not rescheduled, a refund. Refunds for tickets purchased prior to the date of the original event will be given up to their face value plus the relevant per ticket booking fee. Depending on the circumstances in each case, a partial refund may be given where one day of a multi day event is cancelled. Contact The MAGAP for exact instructions if an event is cancelled or rescheduled. Please make sure to include/provide your order number so we can make a fast refund (if applicable). Payment Processing Fee and transaction fees may be refunded on cancellation of an event. If an event is cancelled or rescheduled, we will use reasonable endeavours to notify ticket holders. We will use the information collated when making payment to notify you, if your information is incorrect The MAGAP is not responsible. We do not guarantee that ticket holders will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the event.
MEMBERSHIP
Your membership is valid for 1 calendar year, if you are on a monthly payment plan subscription the terms are for 1 year and you will not be able to cancel your membership within this time.
PRODUCTS
We do not refund or return for voucher for a change of mind. If products have arrived damaged please contact us immediately. We must be notified of damaged goods within 5 days of delivery or we will not exchange or refund your products.
